Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address. This data is not assignable to specific persons. A combination of this data with other data sources is not performed.

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

Contact Form & Calendar Booking

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if requested.

4. SSL or TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us. We use external service providers (processors) to operate our website, database, email dispatch, and client portal. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer).

Hosting (Vercel)

Hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Processes connection data and server log files to deliver the website. Third-country transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Database (Supabase)

Supabase Inc. (USA), hosted on servers in the EU (AWS Frankfurt). Stores your registration data, bookings, and contact inquiries.

Email Dispatch (Resend)

Resend Labs Inc. (USA). Processes name and email address to send automatic notifications and confirmations.

Payments (Stripe)

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Processes your payment and billing data directly for payment processing in the client portal.

AI Chatbot (OpenAI)

OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (EU) or OpenAI L.L.C. (USA). Processes text content of the optional live demo. Please do not enter sensitive data.

Contract Signing (Firma.dev)

Firma.dev. Processes contract and signature data for the legally compliant execution of e-signatures in the client portal.
